4. Points System

Aurone Labs operates a points-based usage system. All features and functionalities across our products (Stock Radar, iSigner, MockSphere, and VizLife) consume points from your account balance. A single Aurone Labs account provides access to all products, and the same point balance is shared across every product.

• Free-tier users receive 150 points upon account creation, valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Points earned through subscriptions (Plus or Pro) are credited at the start of each billing cycle and are valid for the duration of that cycle.
• Unused subscription points do not roll over to the next billing period unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Points consumption rates may vary by product and feature. Detailed point costs for each action are displayed within the respective product interface.
• Aurone Labs reserves the right to adjust the point consumption rates for any feature at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active subscribers.

5. Purchasing Points

Users may purchase additional points without subscribing to a monthly plan at the rate of Rs 2 per point. Purchased points are credited to your account immediately upon successful payment.

• All point purchases are final and non-refundable. Once points have been credited to your account, they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or refunded under any circumstances.
• Purchased points do not expire unless your account is terminated due to a violation of these terms.
• Aurone Labs reserves the right to change the price per point at any time. Any price change will apply only to future purchases and will not affect points already credited to your account.
• In the event of a billing error or duplicate charge, please contact our support team within 14 days at support@auronelabs.org for resolution.

6. Subscription Plans & Pricing Changes

Aurone Labs offers monthly subscription plans (Plus and Pro) that provide a recurring allocation of points along with access to tier-specific features.

• Subscription pricing, included point allocations, and features are subject to change. Aurone Labs reserves the right to modify subscription fees, adjust the number of points included, or add or remove features from any plan at any time.
• Active subscribers will be notified of any pricing or feature changes at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to the Free tier.
• Aurone Labs reserves the right to introduce new subscription tiers or discontinue existing ones with prior notice.

7. Referral Program

Aurone Labs offers a referral program that rewards users with bonus points when they successfully invite new users to the platform.

• Referral points are credited only after the referred user successfully creates and verifies their account.
• The number of referral points awarded depends on the referrer's active plan: Free (40 points), Plus (75 points), and Pro (75 points).
• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent sign-ups are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of referral points and potential account suspension.
• Aurone Labs reserves the right to modify referral point values, impose referral caps, or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Referral points are non-transferable and non-refundable.

8. Orders and Payments

By placing an order on our website (purchasing points or subscribing to a plan), you are making an offer to purchase the selected digital products or services.

• You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information and authorise us to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes, to your chosen payment method.
• We use trusted third-party payment processors to handle your payment information securely. Aurone Labs does not store or have direct access to your full payment card details.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to errors in pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, or issues identified by our payment processors.
• All digital products and services are delivered electronically. Points are credited to your account immediately upon successful payment. Subscription benefits are activated instantly upon successful billing.

9. Products and Services

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing information. However, prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or issues identified by our fraud detection systems.
